We had a really nice stay here! The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering us coffee every day. They even helped us organize a bus to our next destination at a good price. The room was comfortable and clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by the value for money we got. The location was also great, with plenty of cafes around and everything important within walking distance.

I recently stayed at Thanh Huong Homestay for a couple of nights during my trip to Hue. The staff were incredibly welcoming, even though we arrived late at night. The location was great and the room was comfortable. The family that runs the hotel were very nice and helped us book a tour. The hot water in the shower was also impressive.

The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They took care of our bags when we needed to leave them for a day and even walked with us to ensure our taxi ride went smoothly. We were pleasantly surprised by the value we received for the price we paid. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The location was also very convenient, being close to the city center. The staff booked our tours and even offered us free fruit, coffee, and other treats during our stay. we had a fantastic experience here.

One minor issue was the lack of daily drinking water refills for two guests in some instances.

The Museum of Royal Antiquities being 1.3 km away was just fantastic! The receptionists were always there to assist, like 24/7, what a relief! And there was this lovely shared lounge where I could meet other posh travelers like me. So posh!

Oh, I just loved the fact that the Imperial Citadel was a mere 2.1 km away. Such a delightful stroll, really.

The location was great and it was very affordable. Free coffee and bananas were a nice touch in the mornings and we received fresh towels. The shower was particularly good.

Our Xmas stay was ruined by the noise from the birds that kept us awake all night and woke us up in the morning. We had to go back to get my passport and we were charged the wrong amount to hire a motorbike.

The door and balcony door didn't close properly, which caused some inconvenience and security concerns. there was a lack of English-speaking staff available after 3pm, although communication was still possible via WhatsApp.
